UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE HAD TO CEASE AS A CHOIR – THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SUPPORTED US SINCE WE STARTED IN 2016!
The choir was an acapella performance choir with no auditions, no requirement to read music and with all songs being taught by ear by our MD (Musical Director), NVN (Natural Voice Network) member Anita Ward. Members of the choir also participated in Sing for Water North, held each June and Sing for Water London in September. The former event has raised almost £30,000 for Water Aid and the latter, since its establishment, has raised £1 million.
Examples of our Choir at work can be seen in the video recording below.
Sing for Water, london 2019
A beautiful, fund raising event in the September sunshine. Some members of choir members enjoying the singing and the post-event sunshine.

A thank you from the John Rylands Library
It was an absolute pleasure to meet you all and hear you sing. We all enjoyed it so much and the audience did too! We’ll be popping some things on social media so have a look on The John Rylands Instagram page.
Singing works so well in the Library and it’s such an uplifting activity that I’m sure you’ll be back here so I’ll stay in touch.
